FolderLock: Password Protect Folders, Settings and Multitasking On Your iPhone [Jailbreak Tweak]

Here is a new Jailbreak Tweak called “FolderLock”. This tweak password protects your folders, settings, spotlight search and multitasking. This tweak can work like locktopus to protect a specific app. Just put that app in a folder and then apply the password over it by using Folderlock.

This tweak is much better than locktopus as it allows you to protect your settings, spotlight search and Multitasking.

Now, To the downsides of this tweak: Spotlight results are locked. However, The feature it self isn’t which means when you search for something in Spotlight search, it will be shown but you can’t access it simply.

FolderLock Instructions:

• Go to Cydia, and search for Folderlock.
• Click on it and install it on your iDevice, don’t forget to respring your Device.
• After that, go to settings and scroll Down to FolderLock.
• Click on it and you will be able to enable it, put password on it or to select different parameters.
• After that you will be able to use this tweak and set it for settings, spotlight or Multitasking.
• However, just in case you forget the password you can simply uninstall it from Cydia. And in case, if you have locked your Cydia as well. Then, SSH into your Device and remove it from this place.
