Well this tweak is called MusicBanners, and it fully
integrates with the iOS 5 notifications center, So simply whenever you
change a track or your music App or your iPod is in shuffle mode, this
smart tweak pops up with a notification banner to display information
such as the track name, the name of the album, artist info and tops it
off with an aesthetic touch by also displaying the album artwork. It’s
cool that their always new updates, which will make you never feel
bored.
This tweak make it possible to displays the information in the notifications menu, that you can scroll down to access form the home-screen as well as notifications on the lock-screen when your iDevice is locked. And their is a good option which let you change tracks by swiping from the notification menu.
