developer has a new tool (TinyCFW) that allows you to downgrade your
iPhone 4 / iPad 2-3G on iOS 5/5.0.1 to iOS 4.3.3 using your previously
saved SHSH Blobs.
Step 2: After the TinyCFW opens, click the top button and choose iOS 4.3.3 ipsw.
Step 3: Click on the 2nd button, TinyCFW will scan the the firmware and baseband versions in the ipsw you selected (iOS 4.3.3) and the firmware and baseband versions that will be in the target ipsw.
Step 4: Hit “Save Target IPSW”, After it finishes, you will have a file named.
<your original ipsw name> .bbupdate.ipsw.
Step 5: Now, We will restore your iPad 2 to the Custom IPSW created above. Open TinyUmbrella and iTunes. Make iTunes look at Cydia’s Server in the “Advanced” options.
Step 6: Connect your iPad 2 to the PC and turn it off.
Step 7: Put your iPad 2in DFU mode.
Step 8: Select the custom firmware you created above manually to restore your iPad 2. (Shift on Windows, and option on a Mac)
Now, iTunes will tell you that it will talk to “Apple Servers”
Congratulations, you have downgraded you iPad 2 to iOS 4.3.3

Downgrade your iPad 2-3G from iOS 5/5.0.1 to iOS 4.3.3
iOS 4.3.3 is the only firmware that has an untethered jailbreak right now using JailbreakMe 3.0. If you have upgraded to iOS 5/5.0.1 and you want to go back to iOS 4.3.3 using the SHSH Blobs which you have already saved on iOS 4.3.3.
